The Venmar CES PreCon1100 features an enthalpy wheel that transfers sensible and latent (moisture) energy. Designed to be coupled directly to a rooftop heat and cool unit, this PreConditioner is a very cost-effective way to increase outdoor ventilation rates without increasing your heating or cooling requirements for the building. With its unique installation to the horizontal return section of a rooftop unit, the PreCon1100 lends itself to an easy installation for new or retrofit applications. There are no additional rooftop penetrations and therefore, no liability for damaged roof membranes.
